Fisheries O&M
The HCTF Fisheries Operations and Maintenance Program provides funding to the Ministry of Forest, Lands and Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development for the operations and maintenance of infrastructure initially funded, whole or in part, by HCTF Enhancement and Restoration Grant funding. Examples include the operations and maintenance of lake aeration systems, spawning channels and dams/diversions.
Quality Waters
Quality waters is a term used by fisheries managers and anglers to describe some of BC’s premier streams for angling. The Quality Waters granting program funds activities such as Angling Management Plans (AMPs), the River Guardian Program, and stock assessments on Classified Waters in BC. Accessible Technology Program
The Accessible Technology Program will co-fund innovative projects led by the private sector, not-for-profit organizations and research institutes to develop new assistive and adaptive digital devices and technologies in order to make it easier for Canadians with disabilities to more fully participate in the digital economy.
Community Places
The Community Places program supports the creation, restoration or enhancement of community spaces that will improve amenities and enhance the overall quality of life. Eligible projects must be community oriented and accessible to all members of the community (not limited to a private membership).

First Nations Government Internship
This program allows rural, Indigenous communities to recruit and retain talented young professionals.
The program prepares young people for a career in First Nations government, while supporting capacity building and succession preparation for smaller, Indigenous communities. The internship program provides funding for central and northern First Nations governments or Tribal Councils to host and mentor an intern for a 12-month period starting in May. Preference will be given to qualified Indigenous post-secondary graduate applicants.

Cultural Infrastructure
The Cultural Infrastructure program supports creation of, or the improvement of, arts, heritage, culture and creative innovation spaces. This program improves the access to, and quality of, professional arts and cultural facilities for residents and tourists alike.
Community Foundation Matching Grants
The Community Foundation Matching Grant program provides all municipalities or regional district electoral areas with funding to assist with the establishment of a dedicated endowment within a registered community foundation.
Economic Infrastructure
The Economic Infrastructure program supports projects of regional and local significance that contribute to economic growth and stronger communities. These projects include renovations or new construction of public multi-use facilities or capital investments that drive revenue and job creation within the community.
